All Ready To Wear boots may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of shipped order provided that they are unworn (or the original condition that they were sent) and in their original packaging. Exchanges can be done within 30 days provided they are also unworn  

All Custom Boots are a final sale UNLESS they’re deemed to be defective.

Buckles, Jewelry, and Belts can be returned for store credit ONLY if they are unworn, in original packaging, and within 10 days of shipped order. Carvings are a final sale.

Any damages done to any item will be in violation of the return policy, and thus non-returnable.
