These boots come as is, and cannot be reordered, unfortunately.
- DESIGN NOTE: DO NOT USE THE PULLSTRAPS. They can rip out if you pull hard on them. Please use the plastic bags these come wrapped in as shoe horns and pull up on the sides as you step down into the boots. This will work, perfectly.

All Ready To Wear boots may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of shipped order provided that they are unworn, in their original packaging, and in the original condition that they were sent. Exchanges can be done within 30 days
All Custom Boots are a final sale UNLESS they’re deemed to be defective.
Buckles, Jewelry, and Belts can be returned for store credit ONLY if they are unworn, in original packing, and within 10 days of shipped order. Carvings are a final sale.
Any damages done to any item will be in violation of the return policy and thus non-returnable.
